Don’t want to mess with your birds?  Let us deal with the mess. We offer picking and/or breasting services for a small fee.

No dogs?  No Problem!  Glasscock’s shooting preserve has a fine selection of  dogs available.  1/2 and Whole day guided dog hunts available.

Glasscock’s has two mule type vehicles at our disposal.  We gladly accommodate handicapped and elderly  hunters.  We can also provide transportation to and from the shooting fields, as well as, deliver refreshments and pick up birds.

Glasscock’s shooting preserve accepts Visa or Master Card

(3.5% charge for credit card processing.)

Here for the whole day or just need a break?  Unwind after the hunt or eat lunch in our heated break area.  There’s plenty of room to spread out and relax.  Refrigerator space and dining tables are available if you want to pack a lunch.  Cold and Warm drinks are available anytime. (No Alcohol before or during any hunt.)

Licenses are available for purchase on site.

All hunters must have either a valid Iowa hunting license (resident or nonresident) or an Iowa preserve license. (The preserve license is much less expensive, $7.00 for the year resident or nonresident.)  You also must have an Iowa habitat stamp $13.00 for the year resident or nonresident.
